You no doubt spent Saturday reading the harrowing expose by the New York Times about the lawsuit actress Blake Lively has filed against It Ends With Us director and costar Justin Baldoni and his production company for alleged harassment and a toxic work environment. It’s a terrifying piece that will only anger you further if you go through the 30-odd pages of exhibits included.

Lively was able to obtain, through a civil subpoena, text messages and other communications that show what she claims was a coordinated smear campaign created by Baldoni and his team to ruin her reputation and credibility if her allegations ever became public. There were several things that popped out at me after reading the entirety of the Times article, as well as the entire 80-page lawsuit.
